Authorities are investigating thefts from several vehicles on a car lot.
According to the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department, an unknown person went on the property of Smithharts Automotive at 2100 S. Green Street around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday and went into twelve (12) to fifteen (15) vehicles parked on the lot and took items valued over $500. Authorities say the items included a car radio, a vehicle distributor cap, and various tools.
At this time, the sheriff’s office says there are no known suspects.
