Two Morganfield men were arrested last week for being a convicted felon and possessing a firearm.
Union County Sheriff’s Deputy Kyle Dame reported late Monday afternoon that 55 year old Gregory Carr was taken into custody at his residence last Wednesday afternoon around 3:00 after he was found possessing firearms while being a convicted felon. According to Deputy Dame, the 55 year old man’s son, 30 year old Brandon Carr, was also arrested on Sunday on a warrant stemming from the same incident.
Both men were lodged in the Union County Detention Center.
