EDMONTON, Ky. (AP) — Police say a school bus in south-central Kentucky has collided with another vehicle, leaving one person dead and several students with minor injuries.
Kentucky State Police Trooper Billy Gregory said the person who died was the driver of the other vehicle in Thursday’s crash. He said about 14 or 15 students from Metcalfe County were taken to a hospital.
Gregory said the wreck happened near the Monroe County line off U.S. 68 on Kentucky 1243. He did not yet have details of how the crash happened.
