Seven individuals were indicted Tuesday morning by the Union County Grand Jury during the January 2016 session.
19 year old Christian Fenwick of Uniontown was indicted for Trafficking in Marijuana 8 ounces to < 5 pounds 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, but a Possession of Marijuana charge was dismissed.
29 year old Alex Holt of Morganfield was indicted for Burglary 1st Degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000, Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Second Degree Persistent Felony Offender.
Isaiah Johnson and Varek Morris were both indicted for Theft by Unlawful Taking $500 or more but under $10,000, Burglary 3rd Degree and two counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disposition – Firearm.
59 year old James Shirel of Sturgis was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
19 year old Destinee Vargason of Uniontown was indicted for Trafficking in Marijuana 8 ounces to < 5 pounds 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia while a Possession of Marijuana charge was dismissed.
And 47 year old Christopher Vaughn of Sturgis was indicted for Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), two counts of Convicted Felon in Possession of a Handgun, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
