Reutter of Henderson died on-scene. Tony Reutter was transported by ambulance to Saint Vincent Hospital in Evansville for treatment. His condition is unknown.

Hicks-Schaefer was extricated from her vehicle and airlifted to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville where she later died. An infant in Hick-Schaefer’s vehicle was also transported to Deaconess Hospital. The baby’s condition is unknown but believed to be life threatening.

The westbound lanes of the Audubon Parkway remained closed to traffic for several hours as KSP reconstructed the collision. The roadway was expected to reopen at around 11 pm CDT.
