Two Arrested in Henderson on Felony Warrants

Authorities say a traffic stop on US 41 North at John James Audubon Park around 10:00 p.m. Monday netted two felony arrests on outstanding warrants.

According to the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, the traffic stop was on a vehicle owned by Bruce Womack of Henderson.  During the stop, they found 28 year old Richard C. Womack of Henderson inside the vehicle who authorities indicate had two Felony Warrants for Probation Violation out of Henderson that stemmed from charges of trafficking a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

In addition, the sheriff’s office reports 27 year old Brittany A. Rednour of Campbellsville, KY was found inside the vehicle. They say she also had two (2) outstanding Felony Warrants form Taylor County on Probation Violation stemming from charges of trafficking in a controlled substance on both warrants.

Womack and Rednour were arrested and booked into the Henderson County Detention Center.

During the investigation, the sheriff’s office was assisted by the Warrick County Sheriff’s Office.
