Henderson Municipal Center Drive-Thru CLOSED

NEWS RELEASE

HENDERSON, Ky. – A construction project that will add an extra payment lane and a canopy to the drive-thru at the Henderson Municipal Center has started.

The drive-thru is temporarily closed while some of the first construction stages are completed, which should take until around July 22. The work, however, is weather-dependent, and the drive-thru will be “open as much as construction and weather allow.”

The drive-thru is expected to close again around the first week of August so structural steel can be placed. If weather is cooperative, the project could possibly be complete by the end of August.

While the drive-thru is closed, utilities, taxes, parking tickets, boat launch stickers and other payments can be made by the following methods:

Using the drop box at the Welcome Center at 101 N Water St. (across from the Post Office). Extra pick-up times have been scheduled.
In person on the first floor of the Henderson Municipal Center, 222 First St.
