CSX Railroad continues rail crossing work from Providence in Webster County working eastward through Hopkins County to Madisonville.

CSX has provided the following rail crossing status report:

KY 120 West of Providence is OPEN
KY 293/Harmon Street in Providence is OPEN
KY 109/Broadway in Providence is OPEN
Church Street in Providence is OPEN
Findley Street in Providence is OPEN
KY 814/Cutoff Road at Providence is CLOSED- Expected to open early Friday
KY 2280/Schmeltzer Crossing Road is CLOSED- Expected to reopen Saturday morning
Bean Cemetery Road in Hopkins County is CLOSED- Expected to reopen Saturday

Starting Sunday, April 7
KY 502/Bernard Street/Coiltown Rd in Nebo to close about 11:30 p.m., CDT, for 2 to 3 days
Sammy Lynn Road at Nebo to close for 1 day
KY 2320/Happy Lane in Hopkins County to close about 11:30, CDT p.m., for 2 to 3 days

Starting Monday, April 8
KY 630/Columbia School House Road at Manitou to close about 11:30 p.m., CDT, for 2 to 3 days
Hawkins Lane for 1 day

Starting Tuesday, April 9
KY 1178/West Noel Ave Connector to US 41-A at Madisonville to close about 11:30 p.m., CDT, for 2 to 3 days

Starting Wednesday, April 10
KY 1581/Pride Avenue in Madisonville to close about 11:30 p.m., CDT, for approximately 2 days
