The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close a section of KY 270 in UNION County today, Wednesday, April 3, 2019.
KY 270 will be closed during daylight hours at milepoint 4.2 between Sturgis and the KY 130 intersection at Henshaw to allow repairs to a slide along the right-of-way.
This closure is along KY 270 between Voss Road and Waller School Road.
The roadway at this site is expected to close at approximately 8:00 a.m. CDT. KY 270 is expected to reopen at this site around 3:00 p.m., Wednesday.
There will be no marked detour.
