Police investigating early morning home invasion in Henderson

Authorities are investigating a home invasion that occurred early this morning at a residence in Henderson.

According to Henderson Police, 39 year old Jason Pinkston, of North Adams Street, told officers he was asleep on his couch around 2:00 a.m. Monday when a black male kicked in his door and pointed a handgun at him and demanded money. Pinkston stated he complied with the suspect’s demands. He reported the suspect then fled from the residence with over $500 in cash.
