Union County Dispatch put out an Attempt To Locate call for a Black PT Cruiser with a specific Kentucky License Plate. Deputy Waller with the Union County Sheriff’s Office located the vehicle parked in Legion Park in Morganfield Kentucky. Deputy Waller advised Chief Deibler and Sergeant McCallister of the possible location of the vehicle and at that time both agencies approached the vehicle. In the vehicle was Jason Shoulders 39 of Sturgis Kentucky whom was wanted on a Henderson County Warrant. After a brief investigation as to what he was doing at the park a search of the vehicle was conducted. During the search Methamphetamine was found, individually wrapped bags of marijuana, other item indicative of drug use and drug trafficking. Shoulders was taken to the Union County Jail of charges of Warrant Service, Trafficking Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia, Prescription Control Substance not in Original Container, and No Registration.
