NEWS RELEASE
MAYFIELD, Ky. (November 14, 2016) The Kentucky State Police Post 1 Mayfield was contacted by
Baptist Health of Paducah regarding a 3 month old infant with a femur fracture.
Following an investigation, Kelton Ragan, 19 years of age, of Paducah, was charged with Assault 1st Degree and lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing by Detective Eric Fields.
