A 19 year old Webster County man has been arrested on a charge of first degree rape. The Henderson County Sheriff’s
office says the charge against Valik Cameron Bellis of Locust Street in Providence stems from an incident earlier this year.
Authorities say Bellis allegedly sexually abused an underage juvenile. Bellis is currently lodged in the Henderson County
Detention Center on a 25-thousand dollar cash bond. Kentucky State Police at the Henderson Post is leading the investigation.
