Kentucky State Police are looking for an escapee from Webster County.
Kentucky State Police Post 2 in Madisonville reports they were contacted by the Webster County Sheriff’s Office around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday that an inmate being transported at the Webster County Detention Center ran and escaped from deputies.
According to police, the escapee is 33 year old Scott A. Sullivan described as a white male, 5’7”, 150 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. They indicate he was last seen wearing a black hat, black shirt, and black pants. Authorities say he was incarcerated on charges of fleeing and evading police in a motor vehicle, wanton endangerment and wanton endangerment of a police officer.
If you come into contact with Sullivan, state police warn do not try to apprehend him; dial 911 or contact Kentucky State Police at their toll free number 1-800-222-5555, or call local law enforcement.
