NEWS RELEASE
Fedscreek, Ky. (June 13, 2016) – The Kentucky State Police, Pikeville Post was called at approximately 3:53 A.M. on Sunday, June 12, 2016, in reference to a possible fatal house fire at South Levisa Road in the Feds Creek community of Pike County.
Emergency personnel located one individual deceased in the residence. The victim has been sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy and identification.
The cause of the fire and death is under investigation.
The ongoing investigation is being conducted by Detective Kevin Newsome and KSP Post 09 Arson Investigator, Nick Endicott.
