Vincent “Leroy” French, Sr., age 90 of Morganfield, KY died Friday 9/28/18 at Methodist Hospital in Henderson, KY. He was a retired heavy equipment operator from US Steel. Upon moving back to the Morganfield area, he worked at St. Ann school as the head custodian. He was a US Air Force Veteran and a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Morganfield, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents Rafe and Leona French; wife of 57 years, Margaret “Ann” French in 2012; two brothers; Robert & Clyde French, 4 sisters; Emma Katherine Day, Gertrude Martin, Virginia Haywood, and Rose Ellen Riggs.

Funeral service will be 10am, Monday, October 1st at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waverly, KY. Fr. Dave Johnson will officiate.
Visitation will be 3pm-7pm, Sunday September 30th and 9am until service time Monday. The Rosary will be said at 6:30pm, Sunday evening.
Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in Uniontown, KY with military rites.
