Tomorrow is Veteran’s Day, a Federal holiday set aside to honor the men and women who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Locally, Commander of the Griggs-Alvey American Legion Post #48 Lark Buckman tells WMSK News a Veterans Day Program will be held tomorrow morning at the Courthouse.

According to Commander Buckman, they have been told there are approximately 11-hundred Veterans in Union County.
Again, the Veterans Day Program will be held at the Union County Courthouse tomorrow morning beginning at 11:00 at the Veterans’ Monument, or in case of inclement weather, it will be held inside the Courthouse in the Circuit Court Room.
