Kentucky State Police reports troopers, Uniontown Police Department, and the Union County Sheriff’s Office responded to 227 5th Street in Uniontown on Saturday to execute an arrest warrant.
Upon further investigation by KSP, they reportedly discovered that the homeowner, 39 year old Virgil Tapp was in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Tapp was taken into custody and lodged at the Union County Jail for his second offense of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
