Four individuals were indicted Tuesday by the Union County Grand Jury during the November Term 2015 session.
The following individuals were indicted:
Terry Scott Adams of Uniontown was indicted for Speeding 15 MPH over Limit, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 1st Offense, Manufacturing Methamphetamine Second or Greater Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Casey K. Allen was indicted for Burglary 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree.
Demetriet A. Rose of Morganfield was indicted for Sexual Abuse 1st Degree Victim Under 12 Years of Age and First Degree Persistent Felony Offender.
And Jeremy A. Wright of Uniontown was indicted for Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Convicted Felon in Possession of a Handgun, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine).
