The Union County Grand Jury indicted eight individuals Tuesday morning during the June 2016 term session.
The individuals indicted are as follows:
James R. Alvis for Operating Motor Vehicle under Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 4th Offense, and Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operators License.
Charles E. Biggers and his wife, Donna R. Biggers, both of Morganfield, were indicted for Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1stt Offense (Methamphetamine), Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (<2 GMS Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense, two counts of Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Original Container 1st Offense, Trafficking in Marijuana Less Than 8 oz. 1st Offense, and Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree.
Randy W. Fowler Jr. of Morganfield for Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000.
Steven Rene Gamboa of Uniontown for Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree (on Foot), Resisting Arrest, and First Degree Persistent Felony Offender.
Joseph C. Parrish of Sturgis for Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000.
Evan M. Pund for Theft by Unlawful Taking/disposition-Auto $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000, Theft by Unlawful Taking All Others $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000, Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Burglary 3rd Degree, Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree, and Possession of Burglary Tools.
Kasie Nichole Tingle of Uniontown for Violation of Kentucky E.P.O./D.V.O., and Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disposition Controlled Substance, under $10,000.
