During the October Term Session, the Union County Grand Jury indicted fourteen individuals and continued the case of one individual.
The individuals indicted are as follows:
Lawrence Linberg Brown Jr. for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense (< 2 GMS Methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Phillip Wayne Buchanan for Trafficking in Controlled Substance 2nd Degree 1st Offense (> = 20 D.U. Drug Unspecified).
Robert E. Chandler for Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Driving on DUI Suspended License 1st Offense, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance/Security Card 1st Offense and No/Expired Other State Registration Receipt or Plate.
Jalin S. Hancock for Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd or Greater Offense (< 2 GMS Methamphetamine).
Isaak N. Hogan for five counts of Burglary 3rd Degree, Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree, five counts of Criminal Mischief, Possession of Burglary Tools and Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000.00.
Danielle Thomas for Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (< 2 GMS Methamphetamine), Trafficking in Controlled Substance 2nd Degree 1st Offense (< = 20 D.U. Drug Unspecified, Schedule III), Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (< 4 GMS Cocaine), Trafficking in Marijuana Less Than 8 Ounces 1st Offense, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree Drug Unspecified and Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree.
The grand jury indicted six individuals for Flagrant Non-Support. Those individuals are Germale Cannon, James E. Hogan, Joshua D. Moreno, Anthony D. Simms, Larry G. Tilton and Marc Whitaker.
In addition, Joseph D. Cockroft and Alisha N. Davis were each indicted for three counts of Flagrant Non-Support.
The Union County Grand Jury continued the Flagrant Non-Support case against Eddie Burnett.
