UCSO: Sturgis Woman Previously Charged for Possessing Meth Arrested Again for Same Offense

The Union County Sheriff’s Office says a disturbance call led to the the arrest of a Sturgis woman for possessing meth.

Deputy Kyle Dame tells WMSK News deputies responded to the call at 10757 State Route 109 around 2:45 p.m. Thursday.

During the investigation, he indicates 46 year old Cynthia Fowler was found in possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.

Fowler was taken into custody and lodged in Union County Detention Center for Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree- Meth, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

According to Deputy Dane, Fowler is currently on Pretrial Diversion for a Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia case in June of 2015.
