HENDERSON, KY (WMSK) – Two individuals were injured in a three-vehicle chain reaction traffic accident Thursday in the 2400 block of US HWY 41 North in Henderson.

According to Henderson Police, officers responded to the scene of the accident around 8:20 a.m. Thursday where 52 year old Kevin Koressel, of Evansville, was driving south in the left lane of US41N when he stopped in traffic. Police indicate a second vehicle driven by 37 year old Kimberly Brainard, of Evansville, was stopped behind Koressel when a third vehicle, driven by 20 year old Edward Yeviny of Henderson, didn’t notice they had stopped and crashed into the rear of Brainard’s vehicle, setting off a chain-reaction.
