KYTC NEWS RELEASE
A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict traffic along KY 56 at the Interstate 69/KY 56 Sebree-Owensboro Exit 134 Interchange in WEBSTER County starting Monday, April 18, 2016.
Motorists traveling KY 56 through the interchange near Sebree should be alert for flaggers controlling trafffic at the southbound entry and exit ramps. This work zone restriction is to allow ongoing work to finish out permanent connections between the ramps and the KY 56 travel lanes.
Motorists should use appropriate caution where flaggers, equipment, and construction personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow. Work at this site is expected to take several days.
Dumey Contracting, Inc, is the prime contractor on this $11 million interchange reconstruction project.
