The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal single-vehicle wreck that occurred around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on KY 136 West near Riverport Road.

Based on a traffic count completed last fall it will probably come as no surprise to you who travel the US 41 Twin Bridges between Henderson and Evansville that traffic has increased, the first time in several years according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

After leading authorities on a police pursuit, a 16 year old juvenile has been charged with multiple offenses after authorities say they found 36.4 grams of marijuana, 10 grams of crack cocaine, and a stolen firearm in the vehicle.
