The National Weather Service and the Kentucky Emergency Alert System will conduct a TORNADO DRILL Tuesday morning in support of the Governor’s order naming February “Severe Storm Preparedness Month.”
The test is a statewide tornado drill and will be conducted around 9:07AM CST will include all Kentucky radio and TV stations.
City of Morganfield Fire Chief Ricky Millikan says Union County will be participating in the Tornado Safety Drill and sirens will be activated and tested in the cities of Morganfield, Sturgis and Uniontown around 9:07 Tuesday morning.
Again, do not be alarmed this is only a Tornado Drill of the Emergency Alert System.
