Robards man arrested on multiple charges after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend

A Robards man is facing multiple charges after law enforcement responded to a possible burglary and assault in progress Sunday morning in Henderson County.

According to the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the 1000 block of Busby Station Road around 11:10 a.m. Sunday regarding the call. After an investigation, deputies reportedly found that 36 year old Timothy Nunn Jr. of 1845 Busby Station Road had assaulted his 38 year old girlfriend and held her against her will inside her residence at the 1000 block of Busby Station Road. In addition, deputies say they found Nunn had taken his two children, ages 11 and 12, at the same time on a motorcycle that did not have brakes to another address. Deputies indicate Nunn was located at his home and taken into custody.

Nunn was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center on no bond for second degree domestic violence assault, first degree unlawful imprisonment, two counts of first degree wanton endangerment and third degree criminal mischief.
