Project Offices to Officially Open in Evansville and Henderson

Evansville, Ind. (June 26, 2017) – Two ribbon cuttings are planned Tuesday to officially open the I-69 Ohio River Crossing project offices. A project update will also be provided by a project manager.

Evansville Ribbon Cutting

Who: Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke

Evansville Deputy Mayor Steve Schaefer

Justin Groenert, Southwest Indiana Chamber, director of public policy

Janelle Lemon, Indiana Department of Transportation, project manager

Additional I-69 ORX Project Team members

What: Will take part in a ribbon cutting for the I-69 Ohio River Crossing project office

Where: I-69 ORX project office, 320 Eagle Crest Dr., Ste. C., Evansville, IN

When: Tuesday, June 27, 1:30 p.m.

Henderson Ribbon Cutting

Who: Henderson Mayor Steve Austin

Tony Iriti, Kyndle CEO

Marshall Carrier, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, project manager

Additional I-69 ORX Project Team members

What: Will take part in a ribbon cutting for the I-69 Ohio River Crossing project office

Where: I-69 ORX project office, 1970 Barrett Ct., Ste. 100, Henderson, KY

(Follow the cul-de-sac and turn left into the project office parking lot, on the west side of the former Peabody Building.)

When: Tuesday, June 27, 3:00 p.m.
