Police investigating theft from vehicle and residential burglary

Henderson Police are investigating two separate incidents where thieves allegedly stole cash.

The Henderson Police Department reported today (Wednesday) that an officer responded Friday afternoon to the 329 Yeaman Avenue where 38 year old Angela Puckett stated that between 8:00 p.m. the previous night and 1:00 p.m. Friday an unknown person(s) stole her wallet from her unlocked vehicle. Police say over $500 in cash was stolen.

In a separate case, Henderson Police say an officer responded to 106-A Letcher Street around 3:15 a.m. Saturday where 34 year old Georgana Smith stated that between 12:15 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. unknown person(s) broke into her home and stole some money.
