A 51 year old Owensboro man was injured Wednesday in a two-vehicle wreck on US 60 in Daviess County.
Kentucky State Police responded to the wreck on US 60 in western Daviess County near Stanley where 51 year old Scottie McFadden, of Owensboro, had stopped his pickup truck on the road to turn into his driveway when his vehicle was rear-ended by pickup truck driven by 50 year old Timothy Jewell, of Owensboro. Police say the impact caused McFadden’s truck to overturn into a residential yard.
McFadden was transported by ambulance to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
KPS says Jewell was arrested and lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
