An Owensboro man has been charged with multiple counts of auto theft.
Owensboro Police reported today that on Thursday, October 13, 2016, they arrested 27 year old Jeffrey W. Jennings in connection to auto thefts that occurred between October 6th and October 12th at various locations throughout the city of Owensboro. Police indicate Jennings appeared to have acted along when committing the thefts.
Jennings was lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center on four counts of Theft By Unlawful Taking – Auto $500 or more but under $10,000, four probation violation warrants and one failure to appear warrant.
Authorities indicate all of the stolen vehicles were recovered separately.
