A Morganfield man has been charged for possessing meth.
Morganfield Police Officer Chance Whitfield reports a traffic stop for careless driving occurred Friday night on 56 East on a vehicle driven by 24 year old Houston Curry, of Morganfield.
Upon obtaining consent to search the vehicle, Officer Whitfield says drug paraphernalia and a small amount of Methamphetamine were located inside the vehicle.
Curry was arrested and lodged in the Union County Detention Center for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st offense (Methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and careless driving.
