Evansville Police say the last time Aleah D. Beckerle was seen was sometime in the early morning hours of Sunday, July 17th at her residence (403 E. Iowa Street). According to police, she is a bi-racial, handicapped, 19 yr old female and is totally dependent upon family care. She is in a wheelchair and cannot walk. She does not speak other than a few mumbled words. She cannot feed herself and has to be fed with foods prepared for her specifically.bShe also requires medications and suffers from severe seizures.
As a result of Aleah’s physical and mental condition and other factors developed by detectives they believe she was possibly abducted. We believe because of her health issues she is in grave danger.
