KSP Seeking Escapee from Webster County

An escapee from Webster County is being sought by law enforcement agencies.

Kentucky State Police was contacted by the Webster County Detention Center around 2:25 Thursday regarding an inmate who walked away while on work-release at the Sebree City Garage on South State Street.

KSP says the escapee is 40 year old William Adams who was in jail on drug-related charges. He is described as a white male, 5’10”, 220 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing an orange sweatshirt and khaki pants.

If you come into contact with Adams, state police say do not try to apprehend him; dial 911 or contact the Kentucky State Police toll free at 1-800-222-5555 or your local law enforcement.
