Marion, KY (WMSK) – An Eddyville man injured in a single vehicle wreck in Crittenden County was charged with DUI after he was released from the hospital.

According to Kentucky State Police, they responded to the wreck around 1:45 a.m. Saturday that occurred on US 641, near the Crittenden/Caldwell County line.

Police say a preliminary investigation revealed that 18 year old Bryant Millikan, of Eddyville, was driving a Ford Mustang southbound on US 641 when he lost control of the vehicle, causing it to cross both lanes, exit the road and overturn multiple times. They say the vehicle landed upright off the road.

KSP reports Millikan, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was transported by ambulance to the Crittenden County Hospital where he was treated and released. He was then lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center charged with DUI 1st Offense.

KSP was assisted at the scene by the Crittenden County Rescue Squad, the Crittenden County Constable, and Crittenden County EMS.
