Russell B. Mitchell, 55, of Princeton, KY, was last heard from/seen on Sunday, April 17, 2016, at approximately 5:30 p.m. Mr. Mitchell’s description follows:
- Sex: Male
- Race: White
- Height: 5’11”
- Weight: 140
- Hair: Blonde
- Eyes: Blue
Mr. Mitchell may possibly be operating a 1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass, green in color, with KY license plate: 758 NGS.
