KSP: Pennsylvania Man Arrested on Trafficking Charges

NEWS RELEASE

Kuttawa, KY. (September 8, 2016) The Kentucky State Police stopped a 2002 Subaru Outback traveling on Interstate 24, Monday, September 5, 2016 at approximately 1:30 P.M. for a traffic violation.  During the traffic stop Trooper First Class T.J. Williams observed several indicators of criminal activity including the odor of marijuana.  Trooper Williams conducted a search the vehicle.  During the search Trooper Williams located approximately two ounces of hydroponic marijuana, two grams of crystal methamphetamine, one gram of mdma (molly), twenty hits of LSD, and $1,350.00 cash.

The driver of the vehicle, Gabriel T. Stultz, 21, of Marietta, PA was arrested and charged with; Possession Of Controlled Substance 1st degree – Methamphetamine (Class D Felony), Possession Of Controlled Substance 1st Degree – LSD (Class D Felony), Controlled Substance 1st degree – Drug Unspecified (Class D Felony), Trafficking in Marijuana – less than 8oz (Class A Misdemeanor), Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess (Class A Misdemeanor), and Careless Driving (Violation).

Stultz was lodged in the Caldwell County Detention Facility.
