A Crittenden County woman arrested Tuesday on a warrant is facing additional charges after police reportedly found her in possession of drugs.

According to Kentucky State Police, a trooper observed 28 year old Sabrina G. Jones-Adams, of Marion, walking along East Bellville Street in Marion around 11:00 and believed she had an active arrest warrant. Upon making contact with her, police say she discarded an eyeglass case which contained drug paraphernalia and she was taken into custody.

While being booked into the Crittenden County Jail, authorities indicate several pills were found in her purse. She was charged with Execution of Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear, Tampering with Physical Evidence, First Degree Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offense, two counts of Illegal Possession of Legend Drug and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
