KSP: Evansville woman arrested in Henderson Co. on drug trafficking and possession charges

Police say a traffic stop in Henderson County Sunday led to the arrest of an Evansville woman for trafficking and possession of drugs.

Kentucky State Police initiated the traffic stop of a vehicle driven by 38 year old Krista B. Phillips, of Evansville, IN, around 5:25 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of US Highway 41 N and Wolf Hills Road. After a search of the vehicle by Troopers and Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputies, KSP reports Phillips was taken into custody.

Phillips was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center for Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Trafficking on Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.
