Police say alcohol may have led to a single-vehicle wreck on the Aububon Parkway over the weekend that injured an Owensboro man.
Kentucky State Police Post 16 reports Tony Morris was driving a SUV eastbound on the Audubon Parkway in Henderson County around 3:45 Sunday morning when he lost control of the vehicle and entered the median, causing the SUV to overturn and ejected the 53 year old man.
According to police, Morris was transported to Owensboro Health Hospital with severe injuries.
Authorities say alcohol is suspected to be a factor that caused the accident.
