A 17 year old juvenile is facing charges after a shooting in Livingston County over the weekend.
Kentucky State Police and the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of the shooting on Heater Store Road around 2:10 Saturday morning and found that 20 year old Aaron Wilson of Paducah had been shot in the hand. KSP indicates Wilson was flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville where he was treated and released.
According to state police, the shooter was identified as a 17 year old juvenile who was taken into custody and lodged in the McCracken Regional Juvenile Detention Center after he was charged with Assault 2nd Degree and five counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree.
The shooting is still under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
