A 41 year old Henderson woman has been charged with the theft of a firearm.
According to Henderson Police, Bryan Ellis reported Wednesday his mother-in-law, Jenny R. Roy, had stolen a Glock 23 .40 Caliber pistol from behind the driver’s seat of his truck while it was parked on North Lincoln Avenue.
Police indicate Roy was arrested around 11:45 Thursday night and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
