A Henderson man has been charged with possessing drugs after police say he was found passed out in his vehicle.
Around 3:20 Thursday morning, Henderson Police officers responded to the 200 block of North Green Street and arrested 29 year old Samuel Bell following a DUI investigation and after finding a Percocet in one of his pockets.
Bell was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center charged with possession a controlled substance, DUI and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
