A Henderson couple was arrested after police the father allegedly fractured a child’s arm and the mother told the child to lie about it.
The Henderson Police Department reports a young female was taken to the emergency room at Methodist Hospital around 4:30 p.m. Saturday where the parents 30 year old Bradley Page and his wife, 26 year old Courtney Page, stated to an officer the child had fallen in the shower and injured her arm. Police say the child also stated she had fallen. According to police, it was later determined that the father, Bradley, threw a chair at the child which fractured her arm. Authorities say the wife, Courtney, admitted to lying about the incident and telling the child to lie because she did not want social services to take her kids.
Police report Bradley Page was arrested and charged for second degree domestic violence assault, while his wife, Courtney, was charged for second degree hindering prosecution or apprehension, failure to report child dependent neglect/abuse and tampering with a witness. The couple was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
