HPD: Henderson man charged for trafficking meth

A Henderson man is facing drug trafficking and possession charges following his arrest at a residence on Clay Street.

Henderson Police report when 36 year old Jeremy Nelson was taken into custody around 12:53 a.m. Wednesday, he fainted and was transported by ambulance to the emergency room at Methodist Hospital Henderson County. While at the hospital, police say Nelson was found in possession of over 20 grams of methamphetamine and marijuana.

He was booked into the Henderson County Detention Center for first degree trafficking a controlled substance over two grams and possession of marijuana.
