HPD: 2 Henderson residents and child injured in 2-vehicle wreck

Two Henderson residents and a child were injured in a two-vehicle wreck Tuesday at the intersection of Sand Lane and South Alves Street.

Henderson Police reported today (Thursday) the accident occurred around 3:30 when 18 year old Allyson Elliott rolled through the stop sign on South Alves Street and collided into the driver’s side of a vehicle driven by 35 year old Jessica Jones who was traveling on Sand Lane.

Police say Elliott, Jones and her 7 year old child, Avalee Jones, were transported by ambulance to Methodist Hospital for treatment of injuries to the head and chest.
