A 43 year old Henderson woman was reportedly arrested over the weekend on a warrant for theft and fraudulently using a credit card.
According to the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, Kimberly Burnette was taken into custody around 2:15 Saturday afternoon at 304 South Ingram Street on a felony warrant for Fraudulent use of a Credit Card Over $500 but Under $10,000, Theft By Unlawful Taking Over $500 but Under $10,000 and Theft by Deception.
Burnette was booked into the Henderson County Detention Center under a $10,000 cash bond.
