A Henderson woman has been charged with arson in connection to recent fires ignited inside an apartment complex.
The Henderson Police Department reported to WMSK News today that a joint investigation with the Henderson Fire Department into three different fires inside an apartment building at 1636 South Main Street in Henderson led to the questioning of 52 year old Elizabeth Heath, a resident of the apartment complex.
After Heath was interviewed, police say she was taken into custody and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center charged with three counts of Arson 1st Degree.
