A Henderson woman has been arrested on theft and fraud charges.
Henderson Police report 38 year old Michelle Brummett was located and taken into custody at 1311 Wright Street around 1:45 a.m. Tuesday.
She was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center on charges of theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but under $10,000, fraud use of a credit card under $500 within a six month period, and second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
