Henderson woman arrested after theft investigation

A theft investigation has led to the arrest of a Henderson woman.

On August 31, 2015, the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies responded to a theft at a residence in the 67-hundred block of Highway 1299 in Robards where items used in the oil industry had been reported stolen with an estimated value of over 62-thousand dollars.

According to the report, deputies arrested 35 year old Evelyn Gross (a.k.a. Cori Shelton) at a residence in the 15-hundred block of Kentucky Avenue in Henderson Wednesday night around 6:30 after receiving a tip that she was at the home.

The report does not indicate what charges were lodged against Gross, or if she was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
